Sullivan Co. processes and ships orders placed through our website in accordance with the terms outlined below. All orders are subject to availability and payment authorization prior to shipment. Processing times may vary, and orders are not guaranteed to ship on the same day they are placed. Once an order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email where applicable.
Estimated delivery times are 2 to 10 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather conditions, service disruptions, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Sullivan Co. is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Sullivan Co. currently ships within Canada only. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer may be delayed, returned, or lost, and Sullivan Co. is not liable for such occurrences. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment if an order is returned due to incorrect address details.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery of the order to the shipping carrier. Sullivan Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the carrier has confirmed delivery. Any issues regarding shipping damage or loss must be reported to the carrier directly, though we may assist at our discretion.
Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout. Sullivan Co. reserves the right to modify shipping methods, carriers, fees, and delivery estimates at any time without prior notice.
